ECO Canada, working together with the Government of Alberta, Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance, and Efficiency Canada, is seeking to understand the current and near-term state of energy efficiency talent needs, challenges and opportunities within Alberta's building sector. The intended outcome of this study is to inform workforce and career planning, policy and program development, and talent management practices to support Alberta’s transformation to a low-carbon economy.

We encourage building sector employers employing or requiring energy efficiency talent in the province to take this brief survey. This survey is confidential and the responses will only be analyzed in aggregate form. You can view the latest and anonymized responses following survey completion.
