This survey is an initiative being carried out by Workforce WindsorEssex, the Local Employment Planning Council (LEPC). It is conducted on a semi-annual basis in the Windsor-Essex region to gather local labour market information. The goal is to bring together the local supply and demand side of our workforce so that the skills gap is reduced, employers can find the talent they need, and post-secondary institutions can offer programs relevant to current industrial conditions.

Following the conclusion of each survey, a bulletin with the findings will be released to the public and will be available on the Workforce WindsorEssex website.
