The Employee Satisfaction Award recognizes a contact centre where employee survey results boast job satisfaction and career fulfillment.

If you would like to compete for the Employee Satisfaction Award please complete the 4 questions below and submit.  

Between September 4 - 21, 2018 organizations who apply for this award will be provided with a personalized link to distribute the employee satisfaction survey to front line customer service employees.   The survey should take no more than 5 minutes for each employee to complete.  Site visits are not required.  

Results will be tabulated and calculated by Judges to determine the average score per organization.  The highest average score for small and large centre are declared the winner. Post MECCA you can request the survey results for your organization.
