Application to embed Insight Exchange module/s

Application and terms and conditions

This form is to apply for use permission to access and use the embed codes for the Insight Exchange module/s.

The application form (below) will ask you to select which modules you are applying to embed and for many months you would like to have access.

This application relates only to permission to embed module/s on intranets/eLearning platforms not public websites. You will be asked to provide the specific URL (with https:// at the front of the URL)

After you have completed the application form we confirm approval of your application and we will provide the embed code/s plus along with a copy of your application for your records.

When sharing the module we suggest providing:
(1) a short supportive introduction to the materials, using the content provided on the Insight Exchange website.
(2) a content note that says: 'These materials contain examples of experiences of and resistance and responses to violence and abuse'.
(3) access to key information and reflection resources on Insight Exchange website such as Follow My Lead, My Safety Kit, My Dignity - My body is mine, My Support Options, Guide to Selecting a Counsellor www.insightexchange.net

In an effort to support social, service and systemic responses to domestic and family violence, Insight Exchange is donating timebound access to the embed codes for the Insight Exchange modules hosted on the Insight Exchange vimeo channel.

I understand that Insight Exchange materials cannot be used for commercial purposes or sold. Under no circumstances can a purchase/access fee be applied to Insight Exchange resources as these have been designed to be free for any and all readers/viewers to remove cost barriers.

I understand that due to copyright protection and version control local copies will not be provided as an alternative to embedding.

Disclaimer: Whilst great care has been taken to do no harm and to improve responses to people experiencing domestic and family violence, Insight Exchange and the contributing organisations assume no responsibility for how the information in the resources is used.
