The City of East Lansing has been allocated close to $12.2 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to be used for response to the COVID-19 pandemic and/or its negative economic impacts. East Lansing citizens can share their input on how they think the City's ARPA funds should be used by taking this survey. Survey results will be shared with City leadership, including the East Lansing City Council, and will be considered as they work to finalize the City's ARPA Plan.
