* 1. We appreciate your participation in the FAST IEP Liaison Program. Our goal is to have provided a base line of support to successfully transition your child to the public education school system. We recognize the vast differences of school options available across the United States, and we strived to do our best to provide resources tailored to your child. Your input on the services you received will help FAST further tailor this program to support other AS families. We have 9 survey questions for you, and we sincerely appreciate your input and participation.
