Resource Industry Network (RIN) has been awarded a grant from the Federal Government to deliver a program which will address the gender gap in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) careers in the region. The program is entitled Equation 4 Equity.
This survey is designed to seek your views on the opportunities and challenges involved in addressing the gender gap in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) careers in the region. A range of 1:1 interviews and focus groups will be undertaken alongside this online survey. You will have the opportunity to identify if you would like to be involved further.
Your Confidentiality
All survey responses will be treated with absolute confidentiality. It is important to us that people provide honest input, so all responses are anonymous and data will be aggregated to protect your anonymity.
How to complete the survey
This survey contains a series of questions that will help RIN to better understand the needs in our region. Please note that there are no right or wrong answers to any of these questions. We are looking to identify the top five themes across the region in order to develop specific initiatives to improve the gender gap.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
