Electric powered scooter sharing services are increasing in popularity as means to navigate cities across the US. Since many of these vehicles do not have to be returned to docking stations, they can be left anywhere the last renter chooses, blocking sidewalks and causing obstacles that people with disabilities must navigate around.

United Spinal is working with manufacturers and providers that want to hear from the disability community on developing solutions to these accessibility problems.

If you are a wheelchair user or person living with a disability that has encountered accessibility issues due to electric scooter sharing services or you have had positive experiences with specific rental manufacturers or providers, please take this brief survey.

Your feedback will be instrumental in improving future services and ensuring they do not impede access to our built environment.
