Thank you for attending the 2nd Joint Congress of the European Chapters of the International Neuromodulation Society (INS) held in Paris, France on 2-4 September 2021.

Before 4 December 2021:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. The CME/CPD certificate will be available for download or delivered electronically to each participant who completes the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure after the end of the meeting.
