About the EEC Directory

This survey was developed by EEC members to help plan productive, engaged meetings and to inform decision making. Information from the survey will be added to the EEC Directory, an Excel spreadsheet available to EEC members, to NACDD, and to CDC. The main purpose of the directory is to help state 1305/1422 epi, surveillance, and evaluation staff identify their counterparts in other states and to facilitate communication among states between EEC meetings. The Directory also helps NACDD and EEC Leadership to understand who is in the group, where members work, what they do, and what their interests and needs may be.
