Tangipahoa Parish Schools Diversity Transfer

The school district is dedicated to maintain, if not exceed, current levels of desegregation in the area student assignment. To fulfill this commitment, the Diversity Transfer will permit student transfers from sending to receiving schools where the resulting impact on the receiving school is to increase desegregation and diversity. Transportation is provided within the transportation zone to paired schools. Click this link Paired Transportation Zones  and scroll until you see the chart where transportation is provided. 
K-12 students who received Diversity Transfers in 2021-22 will not reapply for the transfer. The Diversity Transfer will continue each year to the schools in the feeder patterns until graduation.
