Ending Violence Association of Canada, Sexual Assault Centre Kingston (SACK) and Anova are collaborating to share some of the early findings from the research literature on distance counselling, and to gather knowledge from sexual violence counsellors’ experiences with distance counselling. In order to build a set of national promising practices for distance sexual violence counselling we are asking for your help. We need sexual violence counsellors to share their experience and knowledge of offering distance counselling, especially during Covid, by participating in the survey below.

We will keep all responses anonymous and confidential.

We will produce a report to share this knowledge and host an online learning event in Fall 2021. This report will only include aggregate level data and/or information that an agency puts forward and is comfortable sharing (for example, a best practice example of client group outreach or technology safety). Any resources you share that have been created by your agency will be properly credited.

The survey should take 15 minutes.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Annalise at annaliset@anovafuture.org  or Michelle at michelle@sackingston.com.
