This survey is part of a research study to understand perceptions related to dignity at work. The study is intended to examine the factors that are most influential to affirmations or violations of dignity in the workplace. The study results will assist leaders and their teams in understanding how to protect employee dignity in the workplace.  

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

There are no known risks associated with your participation in this research beyond those of everyday life. Confidentiality of your data will be strictly maintained. No personal identifying information will be requested or used in the study. All responses will be received via one secured web-based anonymous survey link. All demographic data submitted will be aggregated; no personal demographic data will be used individually. Participation in this study is voluntary. You have the right to exit the survey at any time and therefore are not required to answer any questions you prefer not to answer.
