Introduction
Denver Department of Public Health & Environment and Denver Public Health regularly assess the health of Denver's communities in order to guide efforts to improve community health.
To prepare for the next community health assessment, we are looking for input about which health indicators and which social and community factors are most important to your work, your life, and your community. Your feedback with be synthesized with all other responses that are received and will be used to help shape the next health assessment for the city and county of Denver.
