Questions for Congresswoman Lesko

As a community service, the Rec Centers is hosting an event with Congresswoman Debbie Lesko who will meet with Sun City West constituents at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, in Palm Ridge Summit Hall. Notecards also will be available at the beginning of the event for those who wish to write down their questions. To reduce redundancy and enable Rep. Lesko to answer as many questions as possible, all questions must be submitted in advance with this form or on the notecards.
