About the conference:
FACTS Elevate is a four-day conference focused on elevating the private K-12 school management experience. In celebration of its 10th year, the conference (formerly the RenWeb Power Conference) will offer vendors the opportunity  to sponsor or exhibit at the event and build relationships with hundreds of private school decision makers from around the country.

Who will be there?
Over 1,000 education professionals attended this conference in 2018. Registrants included school leaders, administrators, teachers, and business managers, as well as admissions and IT professionals.

Standard Exhibitor Package - Required - $2500
  • What’s included?
    • Two free conference registrations. Additional registrants will receive a discounted rate of $345.
    • Company logo on signage at the conference. Strategically placed for maximum visibility.
    • Company recognition in the conference app. This includes logo, profile, website address, email address, phone number, social media links, one push notification, one sponsored post, and the option to upload PDF documents.
    • Company recognition in a pre-conference email blast. FACTS will send one email to attendees prior to the conference announcing your sponsorship.
    • Opportunity for premier booth placement. Exhibitors can choose to purchase additional sponsorships, which will allow them premier placement in the exhibit hall.

Cancellations
Any exhibitor cancellation must be made in writing to FACTSElevate@FACTSmgt.com. Cancellations will be accepted in accordance with the cancellation period assessment schedule below:

  • Through March 10 - No penalty
  • March 11 – May 15 - 50%
  • May 16 or after - 100%
Housing
Hotel booking information will be sent via email. Attendees and exhibitors are welcome to book a room at the conference rate through the Hyatt Regency Chicago conference site as long as rooms are available.

Booth Placement
Exhibitors will be contacted after registration to select booth location.
