We are interested in the views of people who are experiencing, or have experienced, domestic and family violence while employed.

The purpose of the survey is to paint a more accurate picture of existing workplace responses to domestic and family violence (DFV) to help inform improved responses.

This survey is anonymous and no information that is potentially identifying, will be published.
