The Department of Special and Alternative Education is seeking input from parents/guardians of students currently receiving special education services in CSDNR through an electronic survey. The survey will help the department understand how it is doing in meeting its goals related to supporting students with disabilities.

Please answer all questions in the survey and click 'Done' at the bottom of the survey to submit your response. The information you share will be kept private, no staff member from the district or your child's school will be able to tell who completed the survey.
