Northampton and Lehigh County Hazards - Public Opinion Survey

Thank you for participating in this survey to learn more about natural and human-caused hazards in the Lehigh Valley. Your feedback will be used to revise the Hazard Mitigation Plan. With participation such as yours, this plan shall help to minimize the impact of major disasters by identifying risks and vulnerabilities before disasters strike. The survey should take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete.

The purpose of this survey is to solicit voluntary information about the hazards and capacities in the Lehigh Valley. To assist with maintaining confidentiality, respondents are advised not to include any personally identifiable information (PII) or personal health information (PHI) in their free-form responses. Answers to demographic questions, (located at the end of the survey) are only for analysis purposes. They are not required.
