Thank you for your interest in Sanford Children's Diabetes Winter Camp 2026-2027. In preparation for your child's camping experience, we require updated medical information so that we can provide a fun but safe experience for your child. This information will allow us to prepare in advance for the correct types of food and staffing based on needs.

Preschool Camp (ages 2-5)
The camp will be held on October 25, 2026. Please complete registration by October 16, 2026.

Hulbert Aquatic Center camp (ages 6 - 13)
The camp will be held on October 24, 2026. Please complete registration by October 16, 2026.

Teen Camp camp (ages 14 - 18*)
