Thank you for your interest in Sanford Children's Diabetes Winter Camp 2026-2027. In preparation for your child's camping experience, we require updated medical information so that we can provide a fun but safe experience for your child. This information will allow us to prepare in advance for the correct types of food and staffing based on needs.

Preschool Camp (ages 4 and under)
The camp will be held on October 25, 2026. Please complete registration by October 16, 2026.

Hulbert Aquatic Center (ages 5-11)
The camp will be held on October 24, 2026. Please complete registration by October 16, 2026.

KingPinz (ages 12 - 18*)
The camp will be held on February 7, 2027. Please complete registration by February 1, 2027.
