At Out & Equal, we understand the importance and value of community and convening which is why we have established a diverse collection of Community Engagement Groups. Through these groups, which are dynamic and energizing, individuals of similar intersectional identities can create meaningful connections in a safe and supportive space where they can reflect on the shared challenges they face, as well as their own unique experiences in the workplace. Members can tap into and build the strength that lies within to show up authentically at work, advocate for themselves and others, and thrive.

These groups will convene three times per year, twice virtually and once in person at the annual Workplace Summit.

Please complete the form below to opt-in to the Community Engagement Group(s) you would like to join. We will contact you via email with more information about how to join your chosen group(s).

Community Engagement Groups are a safe space for folks of like-identities. It is essential for connection and dialogue that you self-identify with the group you join. Currently, Community Engagement Groups are open to employees of partner companies, trusted community organizations and non-profits, and Federal Government employees.
