Welcome to the DFI Annual Membership Survey 2026.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this important survey. The survey should take approximately 12 minutes to complete. It must be completed online in one session no later than Thursday, April 30. Please note that it is not possible to save your progress and return to the survey later. We recommend that you have the relevant information available before you begin. This may include:
  • Staff and volunteer numbers
  • Service user data (including numbers supported and waiting lists)
  • Your organisation’s 2024 financial information
Your participation is extremely valuable. The information gathered will help DFI better understand the scale, impact, and challenges of the disability sector, and will inform our advocacy work, member supports, and future strategic priorities. All responses will be treated confidentially and will be reported only in aggregated form.
