Our goal is to be an inclusive, well-informed organization that uses a diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA) lens to improve engagement with and the performance of our staff, and improve our collective impact on the people who live, work, and enjoy life in our county. We know you just completed a survey not long ago. But we want to make sure we are also hearing your voice in regard to improving our diversity, equity, inclusion, and access goal. Rather than assuming we know how to achieve that goal, we’d like to learn what a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible county looks like directly from YOU.

We’re asking you to share your ideas with us through this brief questionnaire.

This survey asks 5 open-ended questions and a space for additional thoughts. The survey should only take a few minutes to answer. We’ll compile your feedback to share results in an aggregate form with everyone else who completes it. While it’s entirely optional to complete this survey, we want to thank you in advance for taking time to help us implement our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access commitments by providing us your feedback. We value your time and input, and we’ll use the data collected to better guide our strategic DEIA work (e.g. trainings, hiring practices, promotions, etc.) in the future.
