The DECAL Employee Suggestion Program provides an opportunity to share your suggestions about how we can improve the way we fulfill our responsibilities in meeting the early care and education needs of Georgia's children and their families. All suggestions are anonymous. However, if you would like to discuss further, please include your name, e-mail, and telephone number.

Each suggestion submitted here is reviewed by DECAL's Human Resources Director and, based on content, shared with Commissioner Jacobs and/or her designee as needed.
