Nomination Details
• Nominations are due by January 9, 2026.
• Up to 10 contractors may be submitted per form. To nominate more, simply submit the form and revisit the link to add additional contractors.
• There is no limit to the number of contractors a site may nominate.
Eligibility Requirements
• Nominations must be submitted by a GBRIA member/site.
• Contractors must have performed work at a GBRIA member site during 2025.
• Any contractor that experienced a fatality in 2025 is ineligible to receive an award.
• Any contractor that received repeat or willful violations/citations from OSHA or other regulatory agencies in 2025 is ineligible to receive an award.
