The Brillient Employee Referral Incentive Procedure (BEFRIEND) rewards employees who refer candidates who are hired for open positions.
· All active Brillient employees (full-time, part-time, and on-call) are eligible
· Not eligible: Brillient executives (Directors and above), hiring managers and integral interviews, all members of the Recruiting department.
The first section will be information about YOU, and the second section will be about your REFERRAL.
· Your candidate referral must include the referring employee’s name in the online application in order to receive proper credit.

There is no limit on the number of referral incentive bonuses an employee may receive. If more than one employee refers the same candidate, the employee whose name is listed in the candidates’ application will receive the referral incentive bonus.
Nonexempt, SCA, & Exempt position referral incentive bonus payment will be paid in a lump sum after the new employee has successfully completed his or her probationary period (90 days). Both the new hire and referring employee must be actively employed to receive the referral incentive bonus payment. The determination of the amount of the referral incentive bonus for the critical/hard to fill positions will be made by Human Resources in conjunction with management. *Please note, bonuses are considered taxable income and will be included in pay stubs and W2s. As such, applicable taxes will be taken out from the amounts listed above. * Please refer to your Brillient employee handbook for details regarding referral bonus amounts and conditions.
