Expression of Interest: Residential

The intent of this Expression of Interest is to encourage those interested in living in downtown Dover in the near-term/next several years to provide information that will allow the (Downtown Dover Partnership) DDP to gauge interest in residential opportunities, and to provide input to developers as they design/build to suit needs.

Background:
Downtown Dover is seeking to add +/- 2,000 new residents in numerous multi-story, mixed-use redevelopment projects, several of which are conceptualized for properties now owned by the Downtown Dover Partnership. In addition, it is anticipated that a significant number of additional private-sector, mixed-use redevelopment projects of varying sizes will likely also be built.

The master plan outlines need for housing to suit a variety of income levels (affordable, market-rate, and luxury) with some of the properties to include mixed-income opportunities, and many with first floor retail/restaurant, parking, and rooftop amenities.
