DART General Availability Survey Instructions

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your availability to deploy. By filling out the survey below, you are letting us know the dates you are available to deploy to any active or future response locations.

Please note that this is not a guarantee of deployment, but allows us to prepare as well as staff disaster responses and field support requests more efficiently.

A staffing coordinator will be in touch to discuss potential deployment if your available dates and skillset match the needs at one of our locations. Deployment of Affiliate DART or non-DART staff will be coordinated directly with the staff's supervisor or managing team.
