It is the mission of the Delaware Division of Forensic Science (DFS) to provide the most reliable scientific analysis of evidence for the administration of justice. We strive to be a highly respected forensic pathology and laboratory service in Delaware that meets or exceeds accreditation, certification, and ethical standards.

To that end, we seek out and appreciate feedback, both positive and negative, from customers, partners, and the community.

The following Feedback Form will be reviewed by the Quality Assurance Manager and/or a member of the Leadership Team at the DFS. Please leave your contact information so that we may follow up.

Forensic Pathologists (perform autopsies, determine cause/manner of death, and sign the death certificate)

Toxicology (tests blood and other biological samples for the presence of drugs and/or alcohol)
