Those customer relationship management (CRM) platforms can be a lifesaver, allowing you to keep in touch with lots of clients, while at the same time maintaining a personal touch.  But there are a number to choose from – and each has its own unique advantages – and limitations.

This week we’d like to know more about your selection of CRM platforms – what you like – and don’t like – and what, if only they would listen to you, the developers would fix/add.
