Thank you for registering for the Accreditation 101 session to be held at the Commission on Teacher Credentialing on April 12, 2017 from 9:00 am to 5pm.

IMPORTANT:
Each institution is required to bring a complete team to the Accreditation 101 session. Prior to registering below you will need the name, email, and phone number for each team member attending (Unit head, fiscal officer, directors of proposed program(s), partner employing organization or educational entity and other participants as deemed necessary by the institution).

Please note that a partner representative outside of your institution is required. You may register without this information, however it must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the training date. Additionally, prospective institutions must meet Prerequisite 1 - Regional Accreditation and Academic Credit  prior to attending the training session.  Information regarding the prerequisites can be found on the Initial Institutional Approval webpage.
