WOCEC is a career and professional development learning support network for women of color school, district, and charter management (CMO) leaders. Our mission is to increase the number of women of color who advance to and thrive in P-12 and nonprofit organization leadership roles. We are currently accepting applications to join the WOCEC leadership cohort for the 2026-27 school year. Important dates are:

November 21, 2024: Application period begins. Applications will be evaluated on receipt.
December 19, 2025: Last day to submit application.
January 16, 2026: Deadline to submit $500 deposit.
February 27, 2026: Deadline for submitting remaining $6500.
