Campaigns are typically active for 2-4 weeks depending on the number of members targeted.

Week 1 - The majority of eCommunications are processed.
Week 2 - Calls begin, 2nd HTML email is sent, and if selected 2nd It's Me 247 message is sent also. In addition,  Both It's Me 247 messages and OBC posts will remain visible to members 30 days after the campaign's launch date.
Week 3 - Calls continue and are completed if any still remain from the previous week and 3rd HTML email is sent. A campaign summary report is provided to you a week after last email is sent.
