Campaigns are typically active for 2-3 weeks depending on the number of members targeted.

Week 1 - The majority of eCommunications are processed.
Week 2 - Calls begin and the last email is sent. In addition, It's Me 247 messages and OBC posts will remain visible to members 30 days after the campaign's launch date.
Week 3 - Calls continue and are completed if any still remain from the previous week. A campaign summary report is provided to you within 7 days after the completion of the campaign.
