The purpose of this survey is to gather a snapshot of what providers and organizations are observing amongst their clients when it comes to crystal methamphetamine use throughout NYS. We are collecting preliminary information to help determine next steps that will aid in the assessment, analysis, development, and action planning required to address the needs of people who use methamphetamine.
We ask that you please have one person complete this survey on behalf of your entire agency - however, feel free to consult with colleagues to best answer the questions. Thank you in advance for your time and input - it is vital to our planning!
