Thanks so much for watching my CreativeLIVE course! I greatly appreciate your time and hope to deliver some more value by offering you a FREE custom assessment of your current First 100 Days efforts.
Please consider the following questions – entering answers that are as comprehensive as you think necessary. The more detailed your responses, the more customized and personalized your assessment will be.
If you skip a question (which you can do once you get into the survey) you just won't get that part of the assessment. You don't want to miss out do you? Please answer them all if you want the most detailed (dare I say best) assessment!
There are 25 questions in the assessment and most are MUCH EASIER to answer if you complete a few of the worksheets from the course (don't worry - I'll call them out as you go through the survey).
If you've already completed the worksheets as part of the course, this assessment survey will take about 15-30 minutes to complete, depending on how quickly you type.
As you know, I'm pretty focused on teaching the course right now but once I get back to my home in Colorado I'll review these surveys and start to put together the assessments. Depending on how many of you complete this survey, it make take me a few weeks so please be patient ;-)
