The Covid-19 pandemic has caused seismic changes to the way we live, work, and function.

Almost overnight, businesses and their staff were forced to adjust to a new set of working practices. Whether that is managing policies and procedures, establishing remote working practices, or looking after the well-being of staff, HR professionals have been at the forefront of supporting businesses and their staff throughout.

We are starting to see a shift in focus from crisis management to stabilization in the 'new normal'. In a lot of cases, teams are beginning to strategize for what's next - a return to work and a new set of challenges. And to perhaps re imagine how the HR function operates, how it can influence the wider business, and what will be required to take advantage of the generation-defining opportunities that may lay ahead.

To help us understand the impact of Covid-19 and how it will shape the future of HR, we are undertaking a local survey.

We want to hear your thoughts on the effects of the pandemic on you and your role, the challenges you face, and your priorities as you look to the future. Periods of change often present opportunity and we hope that this short survey will provide plenty of positive takeaways for HR as well as offering insight into the future of the profession.

The survey explores a few key topics including remote working, hiring and staff well being.

It will take just 7 minutes to complete.

In exchange for sharing your thoughts, you will receive a full write-up of our findings.

Please note that the survey closes on 20th May 2020
