The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) is seeking input about community needs for affordable housing, public facilities and public services for families who earn a low to moderate income, persons who have disabilities, seniors and youth. This input will be used to help develop Nashville's Five-Year Consolidated Plan and 2023 Annual Action Plan for federal grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Responses gathered from this survey will be used to assist in the development of the 2023 - 2028 Consolidated Plan which will inform the assignment of federal funds in Davidson County.
