In collaboration with the Catholic School Board, the Catholic Schools Office is preparing to develop a strategic plan for Catholic education.  You have been invited to provide feedback and input based on your child's experience attending  a Catholic school in the Diocese of Worcester.  The data will be used to inform the development of the strategic plan and to inform efforts to improve schools. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Your feedback is important and we encourage you to complete all questions.  However, your participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time.  Responses are anonymous and confidential.  Results will only be reported in the aggregate.

Most of the questions will ask you whether you agree or disagree with different aspects of your child's experience in his/her school.  If you have multiple children in Catholic schools in the Diocese, please complete a separate survey for each child as your experiences are likely to have been different. A text box is provided at the end of the survey where you may elaborate or provide additional detail, if you wish.

The deadline for completion of the survey is April 15.  When you have completed the survey, please be sure to hit the SUBMIT button on the last page (right below the comment box).

Many of the items on this survey were developed by a national committee of Catholic school educators for the Center for Catholic School Effectiveness at Loyola University Chicago with support from Boston College. Other items are from the TELL Mass survey developed by the New Teacher Center (NTC) and sponsored by the Massachusetts Department of Education (DESE) or were developed internally by the Catholic Schools Office at the Chancery.

Thank you for participating!
