1. General Instructions

In this survey you will be asked to provide feedback on what is the draft Campus Dining Professional Body of Knowledge. NACUFS is developing this Body of Knowledge to guide its professional development offerings and to provide guidance to members in planning your own learning.

The Body of Knowledge contains five domains, shown below.

Question Title

As depicted below, there are 18 subdomains within the five domains. There are competency statements written for each of the sub-domains, which represent the knowledge and skills campus dining professionals need to successfully perform their work.  These competencies are written for two functions within campus dining: 1) Supervision and Management and 2) Strategic Leadership.  The competencies are written by function rather than by roles, responsibilities and job titles since the roles, responsibilities and titles vary widely between schools and dining programs. An individual may be responsible for only the Supervision and Management Competencies or only the Strategic Leadership competencies OR an individual may be responsible for both.

However, since responses are saved by page, before departing be sure to first complete the page you are on and click "Next" at the bottom of the page.
