Registration Fees
Please note that filling out this form does NOT complete your registration; to reserve a place you MUST mail a check (payable to the "Treasurer of the State of New Jersey") to the address below. The registration fee for this event is $25.
When sending your check, if you are paying for more than one registrant, please note the name of each person for whom you are paying on the check, or include a note with your check. Please mail your check so that it arrives at the Commission 5 business days in advance of the event. If unpaid registrants have not communicated that they will not attend, or that they will bring a check to the conference, the Commission will not order food for them.
