About the Survey

Cella and The BOSS Group are pleased to partner in benchmarking the in-house creative community for the tenth consecutive year.

Results of our annual surveys provide valuable insight and direction to in-house creative leaders. The 2019 report (available at creativeindustryreport.com) featured data from more than 425 creative departments within Fortune 1000 and middle market companies, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations.

To minimize multiple responses from the same organization, we ask that the senior-most creative services leader complete the survey. If you are taking the survey for your organization, please inform your group that you will be responding to survey on their behalf.

The survey was designed to take around 30-45 minutes. If you’re interrupted, you can stop and pick right up again later—your answers will be saved. Just be sure to use the same computer when you continue your response.

Your corporate email address, company name and department are requested within the survey so that we can provide you the results. Your participation in the survey will remain anonymous. Survey responses will be reported in aggregate and not correlated with your company name or used for any purpose other than creating this industry benchmarking report.
