The Best Team of the Year Awards recognize those teams that are transforming the workforce for the construction industry within infrastructure, heavy highway, residential, and commercial that leverages emerging technologies as well as skills required for craft positions to solve the construction workforce shortage.

Nominations are being accepted in four categories:

Best Team by Region Award
Recognizes one company within each industry within infrastructure, heavy highway, residential, and commercial. It will honor companies that demonstrate entrepreneurship and accelerate America's workforce.

Educational Program Award
Recognizes a college, trade, or university for their programs for addressing the industry's talent crisis by encouraging the education and development of the construction workforce within their individual programs.

Entry fee: $250

Individual Ideas Award
Recognizes a High School and/or student that creates new ideas and fosters new thinking to encourage students to enter the field of construction to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings for the construction industry.

Lifetime Achievement Award
Recognizes an individual who has dedicated his/her life to training, recruiting, and educating construction professionals. This individual has focused on new ways to spark construction to becomes more productive.
