Registration for April 27th Symposium: Supportive and Palliative Care for Children with Cancer
Thank you for participating in our registration survey in preparation for the symposium “Supportive and Palliative care for Children with Cancer”. Faculty, CME/CEU accreditation fees and Facilities Supported by The Coleman Foundation.
The fee for pre-registered participants is $25 collected at the door, with no fee for trainees. For day-of registration the fee is $30. The fee helps cover the cost of food and materials.
Our goal is to gather information about sites participating in the workshop, so that we can adjust the workshop content to areas of your interest that will best support your patients.
