The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is assessing how best to address food insecurity that may exist among the CSM student population.  The U.S. Department of Agriculture defines food insecurity as meaning: “Consistent access to adequate food is limited by a lack of money and other resources at times during the year.”

Completing this survey is voluntary and your participation can be withdrawn at any time.  Your answers are completely anonymous.  No identifying information is requested; however, your participation is extremely important.  The results of this survey, in part, will be used to determine if establishing a student food pantry will be pursued in the near future.  The survey will remain open until January 4, 2020. The time required to complete the survey is about five minutes or less.
