How do I apply?
1. Completely fill out and submit the following questionnaire by March 15, 2017
2. Inform your faculty adviser reference that they may be contacted to provide a letter of recommendation.

Eligibility: The CSCMP-SFRT Academic Scholarship Award Program is open to all Bay Area undergraduate or graduate college students enrolled in a 4-year supply chain or logistics management major program. Community college students are not eligible.

2017 CSCMP-SFRT Scholarship Descriptions

The CSCMP San Francisco Roundtable Scholarship - $500-$2500 toward tuition and/or fees directly to your school and a 1-year student CSCMP membership.

The AGC Ambassador Award - includes round-trip airfare to the 2017 CSCMP Global Conference in Atlanta, GA from September 24-27, 2017, conference registration, hotel, meals, $200 for incidental travel expenses, and 1-year student membership to CSCMP. Representing the CSCMP SF RT, the winner will collaborate with Ambassadors from CSCMP Roundtables around the world at networking events and in support of the annual conference program. This is a valuable opportunity to meet industry professionals and could lead to internship or job opportunities.

Important dates to remember:
Feb. 13, 2017 - Application period opens.
March 15, 2017 - Application submission deadline - Firm, will not be extended.
April 4, 2017 - Finalists notified and invited to presentation breakfast event
April 20, 2017 - Scholarship awards presented at CSCMP-SFRT breakfast event
