Thank you for your interest in serving on a volunteer committee for the 2023 CSA Conference. Please fill out the form below carefully and completely so that SCSA has the information necessary to review your application.
Marketing Committee: Promotion is essential to conference success. The marketing committee is primarily responsible for sharing approved marketing materials with their own networks and contacts and assisting SCSA with the promotion of the conference to increase attendance through the use of social media by liking, sharing, and retweeting content and by participating in word-of-mouth advertising. The Marketing Committee is also tasked with leading social media engagement during the conference by using provided hashtags to tweet, post, and share content across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Service to Seniors Award Committee: In keeping with the tradition of honoring outstanding CSAs, this committee will solicit nominations for the Service to Seniors Award and make the final selection for the 2023 award winner. Committee members will work with SCSA staff in the development of the nominations criteria, organization of submissions, and selection process.
Ambassador Committee: Welcoming conference attendees, in particular first-timers, sets the stage for a successful event. Ambassadors will be on the ground greeting conference attendees, assisting speakers, introducing speakers, and helping participants navigate the conference. SCSA staff will assist ambassadors by assigning them to select individuals and by providing on-site support.
