JODY ANGELONE: Jody has served in adult education for over 27 years and is currently the Staff Training & Development Coordinator for the Ohio Professional Development Network, at The Ohio State University and a national trainer for LINCS and World Education, Inc. She has worked as a reading specialist, instructor, coordinator and program director in the context of correctional education, ABE/GED®, workplace education, volunteer literacy, vocational evaluation & assessment and professional development. She has served on various boards, committees, and task forces at the local, regional, state, and national levels supporting adult education and community services. Currently, Jody provides program support and training in the areas of career awareness/pathways, leadership, program management, instructional strategies, and assessment.
Jody is currently serving on the Coalition on Adult Basic Education's (COABE) national board, as the Vice President for Membership. She also serves as the Advocacy Chair for the Ohio Association for Adult and Continuing Education (OAACE) state board. Previously, as the Director of the NW Ohio ABLE Resource center, Jody provided oversight for the National Career Awareness Project in Ohio, as well as statewide training and support to the field in the areas of assessment, leadership, and transitions. Jody holds a B.S. in elementary education with a minor in psychology, from the University of Toledo, and an M.Ed. in education administration and supervision from Bowling Green State University.
KIM OLSON: Kim Olson is the Executive Director for Cornerstones Career Learning Center. Prior to that, she spent time as an instructor and education coordinator for the organization. Kim is a professional educator, administrator, and trainer. She is a certified teacher with nearly 30 years of teaching and administrative experience in program management, adult education, and business and industry training. She led an instructional team in the development of a successful managed enrollment program that she has administered since 2006. Kim is currently serving as the President of the South Dakota Association for Lifelong Learning (SDALL) where she is the longest continually active board member. In 2014, Kim was elected as the Region 5 representative of COABE and now serves as professional development chair for the organization. Kim also coordinates the professional development of adult education instructors for the state of South Dakota and is responsible for the coordination, development, and implementation of South Dakota's distance learning program for adult basic education.
In addition to her passion for providing avenues for community economic development and participant self-sufficiency and personal success, Kim's other passion is a busy family that includes a patient, supportive husband, three energetic, young boys, a couple of dogs, numerous chickens and fish, and even lizards. She enjoys camping, fishing, gardening, biking, reading, participating in the kids' extracurricular activities, and cheering on her nieces in all their undertakings.

JEFF ARNOTT: Jeff Arnott is the current Director of Adult Education for Brevard Public Schools. He worked as a K-12 teacher and administrator from 1991-2008. Following a major scandal that broke out in the Florida Keys involving the district's adult education department, Jeff volunteered to go in and get the program back on track. He took what was one of the worst programs in the state and turned it into a model for the nation. In addition, he was the principal of the alternative school.
In 2012, Jeff moved to Brevard County to lead the 6th largest adult education program in Florida! Since coming on board, Jeff has revamped the curriculum, expanded their offerings, strengthened their partnerships, and has grown their adult high school program to the 2nd largest in the state. In addition to having the largest social media following in the USA, Jeff was named Florida's Adult Education Administrator of the Year for 2015 and CareerSource Florida Partner of the Year for 2016. He was elected by his peers to represent the southeast USA (Region 3) for the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE), an organization that advocates for 55,000 adult educators from around the world. In his free time, he enjoys traveling. In addition, he is working on his doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania.
JOSH EVANS: Josh Evans is currently the CEO of The Learning Source, a nonprofit adult education agency serving over 2,000 adults and families across Colorado. He is also the founder and principal of AmpLivFly, an educational technology start-up founded in 2019. He has held educational administration and instructional positions in colleges and universities, government, and nonprofit agencies. He currently holds master's degrees from Naropa and Oregon State University and is a doctoral candidate at Vanderbilt's Peabody College of Education where he focuses on academic interests including: diversity, equity and inclusion, improvement sciences, research methodology, and leveraging technology to support educators. Josh currently sits on the board of The Coalition on Adult Basic Education as the Fund Development Chair as well as The Colorado Community Action Association, an anti-poverty agency, as a board member. He holds a Senior Certified Practitioner Credential in Human Resources and is a Certified Emergenetics Associate. He lives in Colorado with his family and enjoys running, reading, and live music.
