Your union, the NTEU, is campaigning with members to improve job security for casual employees.
It is important for us to gather current, accurate, and detailed information about the casual workforce so that we can move on to the next phase of the campaign for secure work.
We will be holding meetings for casual staff at RMIT to discuss the issues.
This survey is focussed on casual professional and academic staff who are currently employed at RMIT university, and who worked in 2015 and/or 2016. However, if you didn't do casual work at RMIT in 2015-2016, but have in previous years, your responses will still be valuable.
The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on your employment type, experiences and responses. Some questions have a space for optional short comments, elaboration or clarification.
