The Congestion Management Process (CMP) is a broad, regional level planning tool designed to help manage congestion by identifying congested corridors and recommending multimodal strategies for congestion mitigation. It provides information that helps transportation planners, professionals and others to understand the overall congestion climate in individual corridors and the region. Current information on all of the corridors in SPC's CMP can be found here.

SPC would like your feedback to assist us with an update of the congestion management strategies for the congested corridors that are part of the CMP. To view/download a description of the strategies, please click here.
