Town of Wiggins Comprehensive Plan Community Survey #2

Welcome!

Earlier this year, the Town of Wiggins began the process of creating a new Comprehensive Plan to guide the Town over the next two decades. The Comprehensive Plan will develop a vision for Wiggins and a roadmap for housing, transportation, parks and open space, infrastructure, and other topics.

The first Community Survey this spring and summer gained input from nearly 400 people in the Wiggins area, on a variety of topics. The input from the first survey informed the creation of several options or concepts for you to consider for Wiggins in the future. Your input on this new survey will help in the creation of a draft Comprehensive Plan for Wiggins, in the coming months. Thank you for your participation!

The following three land use alternatives depict different visions for how areas within and around Wiggins could develop, if property owners decided to develop their property . None of these alternatives mandate that any of these areas must develop. Instead, they provide a guide or vision for the future that Town leaders can use to plan for the future. The information below also outlines pros and cons of each alternative.
